         Instructions & Oath procedure to the Graduates for XXV Convocation
        • Please Keep ready the scanned (digital) image of your Self attasted Provisional Certificate
        • Please Keep all the data (Credit Card / Netbanking ) ready for payment of convocaion fees.
        • Please note down your Payment Transaction / Reference number for future reference.
        • Using the mobile number provided at Aadhaar card is required for the creation of DigiLocker account, so that you can get online access to your Academic Certificates.
        • Candidate has to Pay the fees and fill the application form in d pay the convocation fees:
                   Step 1: Pay Orignial Degree Certificate Fees of Rs. 1200/-  at the below link:-

        Note:   All the 2022 batch onwards awardees can upload either Fee payment screenshot/ receipt (or) Samarth portal TC in .pdf format

                    Payment gateway for Payment of Original Degree Certificate fees  

                 Step 2: Register at Digilocker /National Academic Depository
                 * Using your Mobile No. given at the Aadhar card

            
                  Stage 3: Online Application for Convocation Registration
                  * Login in the above link and fill the detials and upload the fees recept and submit
                   the form.
                       
   
   The application for Convocation will be completed after submitting both the above mentioned forms.
